By downloading, storing or using any material from this site you are accepting the following licence:
1. You, as user of any images contained on this site, accept any and all liability arising from such use.
2. You may download and store only images you plan to use for the creation of a project, website of publication. You may not archive images other than those used in such a project, website of publication.
3. You must not redistribute the images in any way designed for reuse. You must not offer for sale or sub-licence these images (or a collection of) without the express permission of the artist and/or copyright owner.
4. Textural credit to include Artist Name, Title of Work, and Image Credit and be placed in a suitably readable font on the same page (or facing page) as the image, or in a ‘credits/references’ section.
5. A link to this site is required if the image is used online.
6. Any other form of usage, e.g. in other types of digital media must be requested by email.
7. Images may not be manipulated in any way without prior permission.

9. Wales at Venice reserve the right to change these conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be published here and emailed to press registration section users.
10. Users of Wales at Venice images are required to accept these terms and conditions and provide a valid email address. It is the users responsibility to re-subscribe/amend their details if they change email address.

General
11. Nothing in these terms and Conditions constitutes a partnership, agency relationship or joint venture between the parties.
12. The client shall not use the name Wales at the Venice Biennale of Art in any manner in connection with the image, except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions or as agreed with Wales at the Venice Biennale of Art.
13. Failure by Wales at the Venice Biennale of Art to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions (or otherwise) will not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights nor will that failure operate so as to bar the exercise of enforcement of those rights at any future time

Law
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to these Terms and Conditions agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the British courts.

Privacy Statement
Except where stated the Wales at Venice website does not store or capture personal information but merely logs the user’s IP address which is automatically recognised by the Web server.

We use IP addresses contained in the web server’s log files to analyse trends, administer the site, track user movements through the site as an aid to future development and gather broad demographic information to provide statistics used in fulfilling performance indicators for management and for our supporters that include cultural, government and sponsoring bodies.

Names and email addresses submitted by press registration will only be used in conjunction with this site. Submitted contacts will not be sold or redistributed.
